What we deliver

Everything we deliver is digital: working software, deployed applications, configured integrations and automations, cleaned data files, documentation, and recorded or live working sessions. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.

How it reaches you

Depending on the project, we deliver by one or more of these methods:

  • deployment to your hosting account, or to hosting we manage for you;
  • access to a code repository in your name, or transfer of one we created for you;
  • files shared by email or by a cloud storage link;
  • accounts and admin access for the systems we configured; and
  • online sessions to hand over and train your team.

We work remotely and deliver to clients in any country. On-site work happens only when we agree it in writing.

When it reaches you

Your written quote sets the timeline and the milestones. Each delivery comes with a short handover note that lists what we delivered, where it is, how to access it, and how to run it again.

If a date is going to move, we tell you as soon as we know and confirm the new date in writing. If a delay comes from waiting for access, content or feedback, the timeline moves by the same amount of time.

Checking a delivery

You have 7 days after each delivery to tell us if something does not match the agreed scope, unless your quote states a different period. We fix mismatches as our Return & Refund Policy describes. If we hear nothing within that period, we treat the milestone as accepted.

Accounts and access

Accounts, domains and repositories that we create for your project are transferred to you when you have paid in full. Until then, we keep them secure and active.
