What happens to your money if a project is cancelled, changed or falls short.

What we sell
We sell services and digital deliverables: software, integrations, automations, data files, documentation and working sessions. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is nothing to return by post. “Return” in this policy means cancelling a service or rejecting a deliverable.
Before work starts
If you cancel before we start work, we refund your deposit in full.
The only exception is money we already paid to a third party on your behalf with your written approval, such as a domain name, a software licence or a paid API plan. We pass those items to you instead of refunding them.
After work starts
If you cancel after work has started:
- you pay for the work completed up to the date of your written notice, at the rates in your quote;
- we refund any amount you paid above that; and
- we hand over everything completed up to that date.
Milestones that you have already reviewed and accepted are not refundable.
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope
Tell us in writing what does not match. We fix it at no charge. If we cannot make it match the agreed scope within a reasonable time, we refund the part of the fee that relates to the affected deliverable.
Ongoing services
For monthly maintenance or support, you can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your invoice number and the reason. We confirm that we received your request within 2 business days and give you a decision within 10 business days.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method, in the currency you paid. For payments made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), we refund in BDT.
After we approve a refund, we send it within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take more time to show it in your account.
Your rights under the law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy adds to those rights and does not replace them.
